North River Runs
A series of several run walk events at Waipu Caves Farm Park, a 320 acre private conservation & recreation park with the North River running through the property.
The terrain varies with, farm road, forest trails, grass paddocks, through muddy ponds up steep hills, along valley flats and across rivers.
Each event has a different mix terrain to best suit the theme. Some are fun events, some are race events.
Running events is nothing new to us, but this is the first season of run walk. We start this set of events in June 2026. We will have some learning along the way this first season, but the plan is that we will have these events from May to October each year. We already run Cave Concerts from November to April and school and youth camps also.
School Cross Country - we will also be offering these run walk events to schools on the Friday before the weekend public run walk events. Please contact us about this.
